Our company was founded in 1959 by the brothers Antonio, Andrea and Carlo Rusnati, as a business specializing in custom mechanical carpentry manufacturing for third parties.
Over the years, it has grown significantly, developing a substantial production capacity, specializing in the construction and machining of medium- to large-sized structures, and establishing a solid presence in the mechanical sector market.
Business expansion has led to the creation of new services, such as in-house design capabilities and continual machine fleet upgrades in line with Industry 4.0 standards.
This journey has transformed us into a company capable of designing and internally constructing complex mechanical carpentry structures and components for various applications.

MECHANICAL CARPENTRY

We operate in the medium-heavy carpentry sector, manufacturing custom-designed structures for a variety of industries.
We manage all stages of production in-house, from design to on-site assembly.
We also perform welds of any thickness and type, ranging from traditional electrode welding to continuous-wire MIG, TIG, and submerged arc welding.
Our company is certified by the Italian Welding Institute for continuous-wire MIG welding, in accordance with WPAR UNI EN 288/3 standards, and our processes comply with the requirements for a wide range of welds for pressure vessels.

DESIGN

Our technical office is capable of handling all types of requests thanks to the dynamic organization and the recent investments in this sector. We can support the customer not only in the development of the project but also, where necessary, in the design and analysis of multiple solutions.
Thanks to our software, we are able to provide design and drawing development services using SolidWorks, along with integrated management of all subsequent phases.

Sustainability
Making choices with a view to sustainability is a characterizing element of our work. In fact, for several years we have started a journey in this direction, because we believe it is crucial to combine attention to the environmental impact of company processes, without compromising the quality and profitability of the work.
All production departments are entirely equipped with low environmental impact LED lighting fixtures, guaranteeing significant energy savings and a reduction in consumption.
Just as equally qualifying was the choice to install a photovoltaic panel system integrated into the roof of our production site as early as 2012. Thanks to the 50 kW of power and the production of 50,000 kWh, we cover a large part of our energy needs with clean energy, substantially reducing the environmental impact of our activities.
Added to this are other choices that directly concern our production chain, such as, for example, the selection of certified suppliers that allow us to use quality materials, or careful management of raw materials that can give rise to the recovery of waste, whenever possible.
Also with regards to the quality of emissions, we have integrated a fume treatment system that allows polluting substances, such as fine particles and harmful gases, to be removed before being released into the atmosphere.
